Last Friday, Wolf Group Australia held an engaging information session packed with valuable updates and team-building activities. We started by warmly welcoming our new members, who bring fresh energy and innovative ideas to our team. Our core values of Legacy Building, People Building, and Sustainability Building were revisited, reinforcing our commitment to quality and collaboration in every project we undertake.
A special celebration was held for CHENCHEN SONG and Jack Chu, marking their 5 and 7-year anniversaries with Wolf Group, respectively. Their dedication and hard work have been instrumental to our success, and we are proud to have them as part of our team.
The session covered an overview of updated company policies and internal training programs designed to enhance our team's skills and expertise. Our marketing update highlighted recent campaigns and upcoming strategies to boost our presence. We also shared insights from the latest employee satisfaction survey, focusing on areas for improvement and celebrating our successes. Compliance updates on ISO, CSR, and FSC were reviewed to maintain our high standards in sustainability and corporate responsibility. Steven Cirona led an essential segment on safety alerts and standards updates, ensuring everyone stays informed and protected.
We also presented an overview of our current projects, showcasing our progress and achievements, and discussed exciting new projects in the tendering phase, outlining our plans for growth and expansion. The lively Q&A session that followed allowed team members to share their thoughts, ideas, and queries, fostering open communication and providing valuable insights.
